In this module, delegates learn of the court’s powers under CPR Part 3. They are asked to prepare a case management plan and to appear at a brief case management conference. The module then turns to the rules on disclosure. Delegates analyse critically a number of documents provided by a client and the client’s opponent. Finally, delegates will look at problems created by privilege and electronic disclosure.
