Stephen Dixon is the Technical Director of CPD Training (UK) LTD.

He is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of CPD's IT services including its online learning courses.

Stephen transforms the raw material of the training programmes using Integrum's renowned software.

He is also responsible for administering the company's Higher Rights training and assessment. He arranges the filming of performances and the secure storage of Higher Rights data.

He also arranges the Higher Rights assessment boards.
