CPD Training (UK) Limited has been re-accredited by the Intellectual Property Regulation Board (IPReg) to deliver the Basic Litigation Skills Course for a further 5 years.
The authorisation also includes approval to conduct online training and assessments, in light of restrictions on travelling and social distancing rules imposed by the government.
We will be announcing online public course dates for Autumn 2020 shortly.

On 22 June 2020 we commenced training new candidates for the Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) qualification online.
The course involves assisted preparation with materials and online video presentations, together with an intensive session on Zoom with the trainer.
The assessments take place a week to 10 days later, focusing on (1) Evidence, Ethics & Procedure and (2) Advocacy. See here for more information.
